For those who don’t know me let me introduce myself ….
I am Beckie Taylor, and until recently I was CEO of a business called Tech Returners, who support experienced individuals returning to tech after a career break.
The vision of the business came to me following my own journey of being a leader (HR Director) in the tech industry and understanding the challenges of having a career break impacting expertise and confidence.
During the period between 2017 and 2023 James (my Co-founder /CTO) and I scale the business beyond my wildest dreams and changed so many peoples lives which I am forever grateful for.
I wanted us to enable and support so many more Tech Returners going forward and to make this possible we were successfully acquired by Northcoders Group PLC in February 2023.
My path is now taking a different turn but Tech Returners will always have a special place in my heart and will always be my third child.
But what’s next…..,
Now that is a question and one I am still navigating, but one thing I am clear on it has to connect to my purpose, values and continue to impact and support others.
The first phase of the next chapter is to share how I can do this through Speaking, Consulting and Coaching (more on this in future posts) but please do reach out if you would like to know more.
